This program is perfect for the novice runner that wants to expand on thier abilities and get in on the latest rage in running. It covers the basics on relatively simple trails from 3 to 5 miles in distance increasing from easy trails to some technical stuff.
$90 for 5 one hour sessions

Get a training routine designed specifically to match your goals, ability, exercise history, and schedule. Workout in your own personal home gym, in the great outdoors or at a commercial gym. Whether you're a beginner or advanced, I can build a workout plan that's ideal for you!
Each session will cover 3 basic components of training. The warm-up, a stimulus phase, and a cool-down stage. Flexibility will be included as part of warm-up and cool-down. Exercises include, weight training, abdominal work, use of medicine and exercise balls, resistance bands, and various aerobic drills. |
